What is the All Mighty Guarantee?
Osprey will repair any damage or defect for any reason free of charge—whether it was purchased in 1974 or yesterday. If we are unable to perform a functional repair on your pack, we will happily replace it.
How do I determine the correct pack size for my torso?
To find your perfect fit, measure your torso length from the C7 vertebra at the base of your neck to the iliac crest at the top of your hipbone. Compare this measurement to our size charts found on each product page.
How should I clean and maintain my Osprey pack?
We recommend manual cleaning with mild soap and lukewarm water. Never use a washing machine or dryer. For stubborn stains, use a soft brush, and always ensure the pack is completely air-dried before storing.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of arriving at our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our website ships to the United States and select European regions. For other locations, please use our 'Dealer Locator' to find an authorized Osprey retailer in your country.
